Views of century old Sugar Maple trees from four large windows set the mood for relaxing with a book or a glass of New York Finger Lakes Country wine.  The Empire Room at Rufus Tanner House is a striking room with wide plank floors, a natural gas fireplace, antique queen bed and seating area.   In the afternoon, sunlight casts a soft glow on brass accents in this bed and breakfast guestroom.  The attached private bath has a ceramic walk-in shower.  Robes, air conditioning, clock radio, hair dryer, cable TV, CD player,  and WiFi are provided for your convenience.

Prices include full breakfast for each guest and complimentary guest pantry.

Single occupancy: $105 plus taxes per night 
Double occupancy: $130 plus taxes per night 

Cancellation Policy

Thursday-Sunday reservations require 7-days notice and Monday-Wednesday reservations require 48 hours notice for cancellation.  A cancellation fee equivalent to the cost of one night’s stay plus a $10 processing fee will be charged to your credit card if we do not receive proper notice and are unable to rebook the room.
